1. Purpose
Digital Advisory exists to provide confidential, high quality advisory access to senior expertise through a curated network of advisors,
delivered with operational rigor, discretion, and measurable outcomes.
2. Operating Principles
- Confidentiality by default: Discussions, materials, and identities are treated as confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Independence and objectivity: Advisors provide judgment, not sales. Recommendations must be evidence-informed and free of undue influence.
- No politics: Digital Advisory is non-political. We do not host political campaigning, partisan advocacy, or politically motivated agendas. Topics that intersect with regulation or geopolitics may be discussed only insofar as necessary for business risk assessment and decision-making.
- No discrimination and no harassment: Digital Advisory maintains a professional environment. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or hostility are prohibited.
- No conflicts undisclosed: Conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed transparently.
- Integrity of the platform and network: Member trust, discretion, and quality control are core assets. Misuse of access, data, or relationships is prohibited.
- Accountability: Where commitments are made in sessions or working groups, Digital Advisory may track progress and outcomes to support follow-through, subject to confidentiality constraints.
3. Governance Structure
3.1 Operator
Digital Advisory is operated through multiple legal entities, namely Digital Advisory Global Services Ltd and GLABOO Iberia S.L. (collectively, the “Operators”). The Operators are responsible for:
- Platform operations and security.
- Member onboarding and access control.
- Advisor onboarding and quality standards.
- Contracting, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Policy enforcement, including this Charter and any applicable Codes of Conduct.
3.2 The Global Board
The Global Board is the advisory body comprising selected senior advisors. Its role is to:
- Provide expert advisory support to members.
- Uphold the standards in the Board Code of Conduct and related policies.
- Contribute to the credibility and quality of Digital Advisory.
3.3 Governance Lead and Compliance Contact
The Operator appoints a Governance Lead responsible for operational governance and a privacy contact responsible for data protection matters.
Queries can be submitted through the designated contact channels.
4. Membership and Advisor Standards
4.1 Admission and removal
Digital Advisory reserves the right to admit, suspend, or remove members or advisors where necessary to protect integrity, confidentiality,
safety, or compliance. Decisions are made at the discretion of the Operator, with appropriate documentation.
4.2 Minimum standards
All participants are expected to:
- Act professionally and respectfully.
- Protect confidentiality and platform security.
- Avoid solicitation and misuse of relationships.
- Disclose conflicts of interest.
5. Confidentiality and Information Handling
5.1 Confidential information
Confidential information includes, without limitation:
- The identity of members, advisors, and participants.
- Session content, recordings, transcripts, notes, and materials.
- Commercial strategies, data, and non-public plans shared in sessions.
- Any information marked as confidential, or reasonably understood to be confidential.
5.2 Permitted use
Confidential information may be used only for the purpose of participating in Digital Advisory activities and delivering agreed services.
5.3 Prohibited actions
- Sharing content externally without explicit written permission.
- Recording or retransmitting sessions unless explicitly permitted.
- Using confidential information for competitive advantage, solicitation, or publicity.
6. Data Protection and Security
Digital Advisory applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and confidential information.
Participants must follow access and security instructions, including account hygiene and safeguarding credentials.
7. Enforcement and Reporting
7.1 Reporting concerns
Concerns relating to misconduct, confidentiality, safety, or compliance should be reported to the Digital Advisory team through the designated contact channels.
7.2 Investigation and outcomes
The Operator may investigate issues and apply measures including:
- Guidance and warnings.
- Removal from a session or community area.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent removal.
- Contract termination.
- Referral to legal remedies where warranted.
8. Updates
This Charter may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or risk changes. The latest version will be maintained and communicated to members and advisors.
